Responsibilities Assist with all aspects of property, facilities and equipment maintenance. Perform routine, preventative and minor emergency repairs that may include electrical, sewer, plumbing and mechanical. Service with a smile Ensure work area and carts are clean and stocked for shift Familiar with safety procedures Safe handling and proper storage of chemicals Any and all duties as assigned Report any safety issues or concerns to maintenance Manager and/or Assistant General Manager.
Compensation/Benefits Competitive wages start at $12 to be discussed during interview – DOE plus $1 for all hours worked end of season commitment bonus Hours range from 32-40 hours, or 4-5 days a week depending on operational needs. Job Description
Come join the San Antonio Alamo KOA team! Located in the heart of Texas, the San Antonio Alamo KOA is a great launch pad to see all that San Antonio and Hill Country has to offer. Just a few miles from the famous Alamo and Riverwalk.
Maintenance team members should be comfortable troubleshooting and repairing sewer, electrical breakers, plumbing, pool components and equipment. Our maintenance team maintains and/or repairs all grounds, facilities, streets, equipment and utilities. A practical proficiency in electric, plumbing, carpentry and mechanical components is preferred. Team members should be comfortable and proficient with power equipment, machines and tools. Ability to operate Skidsteer/Bobcat, Tractors, zero turn mowers. Must be willing to get certified in Texas to dispense propane.
Other duties may include sitekeeping, mowing, escorting and food/firewood deliveries.
This position requires being comfortable working outside in various weather conditions to include normal/above normal summer temperatures. Additionally, this position requires standing, walking, lifting, climbing and repetitive movements.
