Staff Scheduling and Coordination: Oversee the scheduling of campground staff and volunteers for each event, ensuring adequate coverage and skill sets are available.

Budget Management: Monitor and control event budgets, making adjustments as necessary to stay within allocated funds while achieving the desired outcomes.

Onsite Execution: Lead the execution of each event on the day(s) of the even with enthusiasm, ensuring all elements come together seamlessly. Be prepared to address any issues or emergencies that arise.

Collaboration with Marketing Team: Work closely with the marketing team to align event themes and activities with the overall branding and marketing strategies of the campground. This involves leveraging marketing insights to enhance event promotion, ensuring that events are marketed effectively across all channels to attract a wider audience. Additionally, collaborate on creating engaging content for social media, email newsletters, and other marketing materials that highlight the unique aspects of each event, thereby driving attendance and participation.

Post-Event Evaluation: Conduct thorough evaluations of each event’s performance, gathering feedback from clients, guests, and staff. Use this feedback to identify areas for improvement and contribute to the planning of future events.

Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in event coordination. Apply new insights to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of future events.

This role requires a very high degree of organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. The Activites Director will play a crucial role in ensuring that each event at the campground is executed flawlessly, contributing to a positive experience for all involved.

This position requires a minimum of 22 hours/week and comes with a full-hookup RV site (electricity included), plus additional perks! Extra hours worked will be compensated at an hourly rate commensurate with your experience level.
