Job Description
Ø Mow lawns and maintain landscaped areas on a weekly schedule.
Ø Tidy and organize common areas and RV spaces to ensure a clean and welcoming environment.
Ø Perform maintenance tasks such as fixing plumbing or electrical issues, as well as keeping park equipment in good condition.
Ø Watering lawns and fixing/maintaining sprinklers.
Ø Assist with setting up and maintaining amenities such as picnic tables, fire pits, delivering firewood, etc.
Ø Ensure that all park areas are free from litter or debris.
Ø Parking guests when they arrive-leading them to their site.
Ø Picking up trash from cans around the park and taking it to the dumpster on site
Ø Shoveling/digging trenches, tree trimming/removal, raking leaves
