Hey! Interested in helping transition and grow an RV park in Central MS?
Set on 40 beautiful acres with a 15 acre fishing lake, we are new owners of a 97-site park looking for some help in the office as well as with handyman and groundskeeper work around the property beginning in April. Need at least 3-6 months commitment.
We have a saltwater pool, pavilion, laundry, fishing lake, camp store, and are adding kayak/hammock/golf cart/bicycle rentals, a dog park, fire pits, community gathering area, lawn games, activities, and other amenities as soon as possible.
Work Camper Job Description
We are looking for a great work camper couple to serve our guests for the 2023 season and beyond. Duties include:
• Office administration and check in/out of campers
• Light cleaning of registration/camp store/laundry room/pool/sites
• Helping plan fun events and activities for guests
• Landscaping
• Managing rentals
• Light handyman work, plumbing, electrical
• Restocking supplies
• Etc…
Hours worked would normally be around 15 hours each for a couple. Could be more or less depending on yours and the campgrounds needs. Compensation includes FHU, weekday Free Kayak usage, fishing and swimming, laundry room use, and other discounts.

Excellent communicator (verbal & written) – Communicate needs and ideas to Park Manager as needed
Good work habits
Good at problem solving & troubleshooting – Self-Motivated
Have previous experience working in an RV Park (not required)
Proactive, independent, self-starter
Good team player – pleasant, collaborative, supportive & receptive to feedback
