Job Description

Looking for working single/couple to help with the front office, maintenance, customer service at Black Hills Trailside Park Resort.

We are a campground with 35 FHU RV sites and 9 cabins.  We are located next to Hill City.  Have the Mickelson Trail running through the campground.  Easy access/5 minute walking distance to the amenities of Hill City.

Assist in front office with answering phones, making online reservations, and replying to emails.  We use Campspot reservation system.  Knowing the program would be a plus, will train if needed.

-Welcome guests, addressing issues with respect in a timely manner

-Perform basic maintenance and groundskeeping as needed.  Simple campground no store, food etc.  We do have E bikes on site for rental, to ride on the Mickelson Trail.

-Implement daily/weekly/monthly maintenance and cleaning protocols to include mowing, trimming, landscaping, garbage pick-up, laundry, and various other campground upkeep

-Qualified candidates should be energetic, flexible, self-starters who enjoy staying active and working in the hospitality industry

-Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check

– RV site with full hookups, WIFI, cable and fire ring
