Gardener Couple

Starting May 1st for 4 to 6 months, the perfect volunteer opportunity for a RV couple who misses gardening and would like to help disabled residents in a retirement community plant their flower beds at Bristol Village, a beautiful retirement campus in Ohio. You will also assist doing gardening in our Bristol Village wildflower woods, garden railroad, prairie garden and hummingbird garden. We will provide a FHU site in exchange for 20 volunteer hours per week per couple. You will also have access to all residents’ activities including a 65000 square foot activity center with a fitness room, swimming pool, café, exercise and swimming classes, computer room and much more. We require you to be available for 2 hours on Monday morning and 1 hour on Tuesday morning. You determine when you want to complete the rest of your hours giving you flexibility in visiting Ohio’s state and national parks, exploring entertainment options of our metropolitan areas or just enjoying activities in Bristol Village. A 25’x50′ vegetable garden plot available for your own enjoyment! Opportunity to do contract work.
