BUDS RV Resort and Marina is seeking an Assistant General Manager to help run our resort in Lake Wales, Florida. If you’re an energetic, responsible, and people friendly we have just the position! You will work closely with our Maintenace Manager to lead day-to-day operations.
Property: Buds RV Resort and Marina 1700 Tiger Lake Rd, Lake Wales, Fl 33898.
Start Date: June 1st, 2024 til ?
This job is a by the hour hire. You pay your 525.00 rent and what ever is your electric. We do not have Wifi here so you would want to have your own. You must live here to have this job.
Responsibilities:
Managing the day-to-day operations of the resort
Checking in Campers and Residents.
Coordinating with maintenance staff to ensure timely service to all visitors
Managing communication with all vendors
Organizing regular events designed to promote a sense of community
Understanding camper safety, fire, and emergency plans
Qualifications:
High school diploma required
1 year of property management, event planning, or hospitality experience preferred
RV resort management experience preferred
Comfortable with a computer, printer, cash register and credit card machine
People first, detail-oriented personality who is comfortable taking initiative
High-integrity, trustworthy character with the ability to problem solve
Enjoys taking pride in the greater success of the property
General knowledge of federal, state, and local laws pertaining to property management

Compensation:
Job Type: Part Time
Pay: $15.00
Expected hours: 2- 3 days per week 6 hrs per day. Sometimes more as situations may arise.
