BEYONDER Getaway is seeking a dynamic, friendly, and enthusiastic couple to become our Camp Hosts for the upcoming 2024 camping season. This unique position offers the perfect opportunity for a couple looking to immerse themselves in the natural beauty of our park while overseeing the day-to-day operations that ensure our guests have an unforgettable camping experience. The role is designed to start immediately, offering you a chance to be part of our community right away.
Position Overview:
As our Camp Host Couple, you will be the face of BEYONDER Getaway, providing warm welcomes, overseeing the campground store, and managing maintenance operations. This role is essential in creating a friendly, safe, and enjoyable environment for all our guests. You’ll have the opportunity to meet people from all walks of life and make lasting connections in the great outdoors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Services: Check guests in and out, provide information about the park and local attractions, and ensure all visitors receive exceptional customer service during their stay.
- Campground Store Operations: Operate the campground store, manage inventory, and ensure the store is well-stocked and organized for our guests’ convenience.
- Maintenance Oversight: Oversee the general maintenance of the park, including coordinating tasks among the maintenance team, ensuring the cleanliness and functionality of facilities, and addressing any issues promptly.
- Community Building: Engage with guests to foster a sense of community within the park, organize group activities or events when applicable, and maintain a welcoming atmosphere throughout the season.

Requirements:
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
- Ability to work together as a couple, sharing tasks and responsibilities efficiently.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Previous experience in hospitality, retail, or campground operations is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must have your own RV for the provided FHU site.
