At Clifton Marina Grill, we’re all about seasonal delights and creating a luxury resort-like atmosphere for our guests. That starts with a dedicated team who are passionate about food and service. Whether you’re looking for a summer gig, weekend work, or something for a few months, we’ve got flexible opportunities. Earn extra cash while enjoying all the summer fun at the Clifton RV Park and Marina Grill, located on the Tennessee River at mile marker 158.5!

The Clifton Marina is seeking a hardworking and experienced Line Cook/Sous Chef to join our team! If you thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy kitchen and are passionate about creating delicious, hearty meals, we want to hear from you. From sizzling steaks to homestyle comfort food, you’ll play a key role in serving up the dishes that keep our customers coming back for more.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Prepare, cook, and plate high-quality meals efficiently and with attention to detail.
Adhere to recipes and portion guidelines.
Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked work station.
Collaborate effectively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations.
Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Operate kitchen equipment safely and correctly.
Assist with receiving and stocking deliveries (lifting required).
Perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
What We’re Looking For:

Previous kitchen experience preferred, but a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn are highly valued.
Knowledge of grilling, frying, sautéing, and general food preparation is a plus.
Ability to follow recipes and take direction from the Head Chef.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
Excellent teamwork skills.
Dependability and a positive attitude.
Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
