Job Description
Hours: Varies during the season. About 5 days per week, 6 hour days.
Job Description:
Mowing Yards
Edging
Weed Killing/Pulling (Must be comfortable using chemicals to kill weeds)
Watering Yards. (Must water by zones, and watch for guests vehicles etc.)
Fertilizing
Seeding
Replacing broken sprinkler heads
Maintaining/fixing equipment
Pond Cleaning (Meaning getting in the water to clean the concrete 1-3 days per week.)
Experience: Would prefer someone with knowledge & experience with:
1. How to run a 360 mower.
2. What kind of flowers to plant.
3. When/how to fertilize
4. Can treat yards, when you can see a problem arising.
5. Customer service.
Pay:
$15 per hour. All hours paid

Unlimited access to the outdoor pond & private soaking tubs.
