Job Description
Job Title: Camphost Couple (CheckIn Clerk & Groundsman/Maintenance Worker)
Location: Downata Hot Springs
Employment Type: Seasonal (Dates: April 15th – October 15th)

CheckIn Office Clerk
Key Responsibilities:
·      Greet guests with a warm, welcoming attitude and assist with check-ins and check-outs.
·      Process guest payments and answer inquiries at the front desk.
·      Handle store transactions, including selling merchandise and restocking items.
·      Provide information to guests about park amenities, local attractions, and activities.
·      Assist in cleaning common facilities (bathrooms, showers, etc.) as needed.  Some housekeeping and laundry duties
·      Respond to guest concerns or requests promptly and professionally.
Qualifications:
·      Strong customer service skills with the ability to remain professional in a fast-paced environment.
·      Basic computer skills to operate reservation and POS systems.
·      Excellent communication skills and the ability to provide detailed information about the park and area attractions.
·      Attention to detail and organizational skills for maintaining a tidy work environment.

Groundsman/Maintenance Worker
Key Responsibilities:
·      Mow lawns and maintain landscaped areas on a weekly schedule.
·      Tidy and organize common areas and RV spaces to ensure a clean and welcoming environment.
·      Assist with cleaning park facilities, including bathrooms and common areas, as needed.
·      Perform minor maintenance tasks such as fixing minor plumbing or electrical issues, as well as keeping park equipment in good condition.
·      Watering lawns and flowers
·      Assist with setting up and maintaining amenities such as picnic tables, fire pits, etc.  Delivering firewood.
·      Ensure that all park areas are free from litter or debris.
Qualifications:
·      Basic maintenance and landscaping skills (mowing, using hand tools, minor repairs).
·      Ability to lift and move heavy objects when necessary.
·      Strong work ethic with attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a clean and functional park.
·      Willingness to assist with facility cleaning when required.
