Front desk / Groundskeeper

Responsibilities
One position will be focused on maintenance, and the other on front office/housekeeping.

Positions & Responsibilities: Maintenance: General campground upkeep, landscaping, and minor repairs. Light plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and pool maintenance. Trash collection, site cleaning, and assisting guests with minor issues.

Front Office/Housekeeping: Guest check-ins, reservations, and customer service. Operating the camp store (cash register, stocking, and sales) and housekeeping. Assisting guests with inquiries.

Compensation/Benefits
As an OAK property, employees receive a FHU site for the reduced rate of $200 per month, paid via payroll deduction. All hours worked would be paid at the starting rate of $12. Uniforms provided, discounts on store items and propane, and laundry allowance.
