Immediate need!
HD Ranch RV Park, Florence, TX (Central Texas 45 minutes north of Austin) Looking for maintenance help for now 1-20-23 thru Spring and/or Summer 2023. 12 RV Sites and 1 cabin on 10 acres. FHU plus electric in return for 10-12 hours grounds maintenance and cosmetic maintenance of buildings and outdoor furniture and fixtures if needed. Would only be responsible for grounds around rvs not the full 10 acres. Strong back necessary. Hours are very flexible. We (Owners) live on site and would need to leave park in workcampers hands at times. Someone able to troubleshoot maintenance issues if they arise is a plus and look after the camp dog (Lucy) while we are off site. We would only be 3 hrs away so could get back if necessary. 2 adults max and 1 pet under 20-25 lbs per RV. Please text . 512-917-2140. Thanks so much for reading! All sites are long term.
