Grounds Keeper

We are seeking a skilled Grounds Keeper at our Black Hills Vista Location in Sturgis, South Dakota.

The Grounds Keeper will be responsible for performing various tasks to maintain the lawns and walkways to ensure a beautifully manicured park setting.

Responsibilities:

Maintain park lawn, weed eating, picking up debris, leaf blowing
Site clean up: cleaning out fire pits, garbage removal
Deliver firewood, fill propane tanks
Assist activities/recreation department when required for event set up and break down.  Some Basic regular maintenance such as painting, etc.
Should be able to lift 50 pounds
Other duties as needed

Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Proven experience as a Grounds Keeper or similar role
– Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
– Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
– Must be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions

Job Types: Part Time

Pay: Free site rent, electric, water, sewer, garbage removal, internet, etc.

Expected hours: 25-30
