Job Description
Looking for individuals and/or couple to serve as cleaner and maintenance host(s) for private short-term rental properties in Marathon, Texas – a gateway to Big Bend National Park! We have 3 unique rentals ranging in size. Great small town location with tourist amenities – great food and drink! Great climate at 4800ft and NO LIGHT POLLUTION = so bring your cameras and telescopes.
All cleaners / hosts must follow cleaning procedures, wash and fold laundry, conduct inventory, and provide excellent customer service to visitors; e.g. give information on property facilities, area resources, rules and attractions. Other duties include litter collection, light maintenance, yard work, and/or seasonal projects.
This is a work exchange volunteer position: 30hrs assigned duties in exchange for full RV hookup, Wifi, access to property amenities and training on business and area tourism as desired.
Hosts must be willing to serve a minimum of one months; ideally 3-6 months. AVAILABLE NOW
