Assistant Innkeeper – Columbia Point Resort (Kettle Falls, WA)
Location: Kettle Falls, Washington
Employment Type: Part-time (off-season), Full-time (peak season)
Compensation: $16.66/hr + On-Site Full RV Hookup

As an Assistant Innkeeper, you’ll be an essential part of making Columbia Point Resort the ultimate getaway for outdoor lovers. Couples are welcome and thrive in our environment!
What You’ll Be Doing:
Your day-to-day will be as dynamic as the surrounding wilderness. Expect a mix of:
✅ Guest Engagement – Ensure visitors feel welcome, assist with check-ins, and provide local recommendations
✅ Reservation Management – Handle online and phone bookings with ease
✅ Housekeeping & Maintenance – Keep our rustic cabins and resort grounds clean, comfortable, and well-maintained
✅ Exterior Grounds & Landscaping – Enhance the resort’s natural beauty
✅ Retail Sales – Help guests find the perfect souvenir or outdoor gear
✅ Marketing & Social Media – Capture stunning photos, reply to messages, and promote the Columbia Point experience
✅ Having Fun! – Enjoy the incredible outdoor lifestyle while working with an amazing team

What We’re Looking For:
A strong work ethic and can-do attitude
A love for hospitality and outdoor adventure
Great communication and guest service skills
Ability to handle physical tasks (housekeeping, lifting up to 15 lbs, making rounds, etc.)
Willingness to learn new skills and jump in where needed

A Day in the Life at Columbia Point Resort:
☀ 8-10 AM: Admin work & reservations
🌲 10-11 AM: Resort projects & upkeep
🛏 11 AM-4 PM: Housekeeping, maintenance, guest services
🎣 4-6 PM: Check-ins, guest engagement, and helping visitors make the most of their stay
