Campground Host

Seasonal, F/T Campground Host. April – November 2024. Kern Rivers Edge campground, Kernville, Ca. Live on-site in own RV. Honed customer service skills, strong work ethic, self-driven, observant, skilled at managing camping guests, multi-tasking, manages late check-ins graciously.  Attends and contributes constructively to weekly team meetings. Cleans restroom and shower house daily.  Picks up trash and micro-trash around entire park including sites, campfire pits, day use, beaches, and roadways.  Performs weekly water well testing and reporting to outside contractor.  Maintains, services and tracks income from two shower houses and two coin machines. Oversight of projects and events, assisted by maintenance staff.  Knowledge of landscape, electrical, plumbing, and irrigation a plus. Clean DMV. In good health, physically active, tolerates heat well. Single or couples,  if couples (open position for Reservation/ retail area). Salary $3,090/month DOE, plus full hookup ($625 value), trash, tank service.
