Job Description

Assistant Park Manager Job Requirements

• Assist park manager with day-to-day operations of the park, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for
visitors.
• Answer phones and respond to emails, addressing guest inquiries and concerns in a timely and
professional manner.
• Implement and model park policies and procedures to maintain cleanliness, safety, and efficiency.
• Greet guests and handle check-ins and check-outs.
• Coordinate with maintenance staff to ensure proper upkeep of park facilities and grounds.
• Ensure that all park facilities are clean and well-maintained, including restrooms, showers, laundry facilities,
and common areas.
• Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to track and schedule maintenance tasks.
• Conduct regular inspections of park facilities to identify any maintenance or safety issues.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Implement strategies to upsell park amenities and services to enhance revenue generation.
• Maintain accurate records of park activities, including financial transactions, attendance, and maintenance
logs.
• Assist with park store, laundry facilities, and other operational tasks as needed.     AND

Park Maintenance Lead

• Conduct regular inspections of park facilities, equipment, and grounds to identify areas in need of
maintenance or repair.
• Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks, such as painting, plumbing, electrical work, carpentry.
• Maintain the grounds, including: seeding, mowing lawns, trimming hedges, and removing debris.
• Respond to guest requests for maintenance and repair services in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure park rules are followed.
• Assist in notifying tenants of park violations and provide “Notice to Vacates” when required.
• Conduct regular inspections of park facilities to identify any maintenance or safety issues.
• Ensure that all park facilities are clean and well-maintained, including restrooms, showers, laundry facilities,
and common areas.
• Follow checklists and maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work complete.
• Maintain pool cleanliness and chemistry levels.
• Be diligent about the safety and operations of the park and ensure that all tools and equipment are properly
maintained and stored.
