Park Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced RV Park Managers to join our team. You will be responsible for overseeing the day to day operations of our property, ensuring high levels of customer service with a 4 day work week.

The RV Park Manager oversees operations and ensure smooth running of the facility.

• Implement policies and procedures for park operation.
  Manage park maintenance, including landscaping, utilities, and facilities.
• Coordinate with vendors for repairs, upgrades, and regular maintenance.
• Maintain accurate records of park occupancy, reservations, and finances.
• Develop and oversee customer relations, ensuring positive guest experiences.
• Handle complaints and conflicts with diplomacy and efficiency.
  Monitor and manage park staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.
• Pump propane and run office.

In conclusion, the RV Park Manager plays a vital role in maintaining a well-functioning and welcoming park for guests to enjoy.

Compensation package includes free space, $150 toward electric/propane monthly, and a stipend of $1200/month to help offset living expenses. Couple preferred.
