Maintenance

I manage Star Lite Mobile Home Park, a small (70+ sites) family-owned park located in Largo, FL (Central West Coast), only half a mile from our most beautiful beaches!

I am looking for an experienced maintenance workamper for 20 hours a week to start as soon as possible. A couple who splits the work as 10 hours each would also be a great fit. The position includes carpentry, basic plumbing and electrical, construction, cleaning, and other maintenance jobs. This position is for FHU and salary. The provided site is shell with cement driveway.

* Max rig size is 33 feet *

Please note: this is a new position, and the first responsibilities will include grading/shelling the new workamper site. (The driveway is already poured.) During that time, we will provide a spot at our nearby sister park, Yankee Traveler. The workamper will move to the spot at Star Lite as soon as their site is ready. This is a 55+ community; no dogs allowed. The park address is 11630 Hamlin Blvd, Largo FL 33774.
