Ted’s RV Park Located in Decatur City, Iowa is seeking a friendly, outgoing, and energetic camp host in exchange for FREE site rent (and the possibility of an end of the season bonus).
In addition to a free site, a successful season could also lead to an end-of-season bonus, making this an excellent opportunity for anyone looking to immerse themselves in a camping community while earning extra income.
As we expand our offerings, we’re excited to announce that we are planning to put a tiny home on the property. This addition will not only enhance our accommodations but also offer the potential for paid hours for those interested in managing and turning over the tiny home for new guests.
Ted’s is conveniently located one-half mile from Interstate 35 in the heart of Decatur City in Southern Iowa.
Our park offers clean and spacious campsites, along with modern amenities such as bathrooms equipped with nice showers, and convenient washer and dryer facilities.

Hours:
* Schedule is varied and flexible
Duties:
* Greet travelers upon arrival and assist with check-in procedures.
* Assist guests with online bookings as needed.
* Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of campsites and common areas.
* Cleaning fire pits
* Selling firewood
* Ensuring the bathrooms are tidy
* Being the “go to person” for guests who need assistance.
* Monitor campground grounds to ensure compliance with park rules and regulations.
* Complete other work assignments as needed
* Foster a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for travelers, promoting a sense of comfort and security during their stay.
Compensation:
As a Campground Host at TEDS RV Park, not only will you enjoy complimentary camping and access to all utilities in exchange for your valuable service, but you’ll also have the opportunity to earn a cash bonus.
Upon successfully completing a five-month camping season with us, you’ll receive an $800 bonus as a token of our appreciation for your dedication and commitment to ensuring an exceptional experience for our guests.
