Event & Programming Coordinator

Summer Event & Programming Coordinator 

Located between Grand Teton National Park and Yellowstone National Park in Victor, Idaho, Teton Valley Resort is looking for a Summer Event and Programming Coordinator to help ensure our guests have a memorable experience.

The ideal candidate is outgoing, creative, problem-solving solving and self-motivating. Working closely with guests, exceptional customer service is expected in the role as well as a can-do attitude.

Job Duties:

• Plan, set-up, host, and break down all resort activities, which include but are not limited to: nightly S’mores, Bi-monthly music events, weekly arts and craft programming
• Shuttle guests to off-site events, IE: rodeos, music, markets, etc.
• Assist in creating summer event calendar and update accordingly
• Work with local organizations for partnership opportunities
• Create marketing materials to be distributed on social media platforms and around the resort
• Ensure guest amenity spaces are tidy and well stocked

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent customer service
• Proven time management skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Proficient in computer use and ability to learn software
• Ability to work across departments to ensure event success
