We’ve built a diverse portfolio of vibrant RV communities spanning from across the Southeast, and we’re looking for a dynamic, results-driven individual to take charge as Property Manager for one of our flagship locations across the Southeast region. The location will be based on your specific needs and talents, which we look forward to learning throughout the interview process. Many of our current property managers are RVers, and we will do what we can to accommodate you and your family within the right park!

About the Role

As Property Manager, you’ll be at the heart of day-to-day operations for one of our premier RV communities. From overseeing guest services to managing staff and resources, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring each property runs smoothly and delivers an outstanding guest experience. You’ll also collaborate closely with our leadership and marketing teams to drive growth and innovation.

What You’ll Do:

 

  • Lead the daily operations of the property, including sites, cabins, and communal spaces, ensuring they are in top shape for guests.
  • Supervise and inspire a diverse team, including front desk staff, maintenance teams, and activity coordinators (when applicable).
  • Manage staff schedules to ensure we are fully staffed during peak seasons and special events.
  • Address guest inquiries and concerns, keeping satisfaction levels high and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Prepare and manage budgets, track expenses, and implement cost-effective strategies to maximize property performance.
  • Work with our marketing team to create engaging campaigns and promotional events to attract new visitors.
  • Oversee pricing strategies, ensuring our accommodations remain competitive while offering top-tier value.
  • Build relationships with local vendors, contractors, and community members to strengthen the property’s presence and reputation.

 

What We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking someone who is driven, enthusiastic, and ready to roll up their sleeves. The ideal candidate will have:

 

  • A passion for the outdoors and exceptional customer service skills.
  • Proven problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail.
  • Experience with point-of-sale systems and cash register operations.
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and handle physical tasks like bending, stooping, and standing for extended periods.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and a solid understanding of English.
  • Previous management experience (2+ years required). Maintenance knowledge is a plus, but not necessary!
