Job Description
Holmes Bend Campground
The US Army Corps of Engineers at Green River Lake is seeking volunteers to help complete campground pre-season maintenance before the campground opens to the public for the season. Jobs would include blowing leaves from ditches, roadways and camp pads; removal of debris from camp pads and mowing zones and cleaning out of fire rings. Some painting could also occur. Volunteers are expected to put in at least 4 hours of volunteer service per day and in return will receive a free campsite with water and electric hookups. Camping days and workdays are the same days. Time frame would be April 14-18, 2024.
