UTT’S CAMPGROUND – 2025 Season
POSITION COUPLE: Salary per couple: $4,000.00 per month plus FREE site including utilities
Starting date: April 1, 2025
Ending Date: November 1, 2025
6 Days A Week – Off Sundays
CONTRACT LABOR
MUST HAVE YOUR OWN CAMPER
OFFICE ASSISTANT MULTIPURPOSE
This position would include a variety of clerical tasks, including data entry, filing, answering phones, handling customer inquiries, knowledge of camper styles, making reservations, provide information and addressing basic concerns of customers, processing transactions, handling monies, maintaining records, selling of souvenirs, weekly and monthly deposits, making change, posting current events, assisting in weekly bingo, maintaining petty cash transactions, cleaning the office and laundry room. The ideal candidate, will possess strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
GROUNDS MAINTENANCE WORKER
This position would include mowing, weed eating, spraying weeds, cleaning the inside of the clubhouse and restrooms, the upkeep and maintenance of outdoor spaces, ensuring that all grounds are clean, safe and aesthetically pleasing. Plant, water, trim, remove weeds, care for flowers, shrubs and trees. Keep walkways, driveways, and parking areas clean of debris. Operate landscaping equipment such as lawn mower, leaf blower, weed eater, chain saw, and wood splitter safely and efficiently. Ensure all tools and equipment are maintained and in good working order. This position requires a proactive individual who can manage various landscaping tasks. Interact with the customers, assist campers with setting up and help with monthly events. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
