Job dates: Sept 10th, 2024 -Jan 6th, 2025
24-40 hours per week for each role (guaranteed 40+ hours in Oct/Nov)
Walden retreats is a 100 acre property on the Pedernales River in the Texas Hill Country. Enjoy plenty of fresh air and expansive hill country views throughout your workday in this hands-on role. We’re a small team that loves taking care of our guests.

Walden Retreats is a growing hospitality brand that operates luxury camping properties that blend an authentic outdoor experience with comfort and style.
Responsibilities:
● Responsible for cleaning tents after guest departure, including (but not limited to): stripping dirty linen and terry and replacing with new, making the bed, taking out the trash, dusting, sweeping and/or vacuuming the floor, full clean of the kitchen area, bathroom area, and outdoor spaces, and replenishing amenities and guest consumables.
● Maintain cleanliness and organization of common areas.
● Assist with fulfilling guest requests and light maintenance duties.
● Assist with setup and breakdown of special events.
Compensation is $15 per hour plus complimentary RV space and laundry facilities. Wifi is available on site in our Lodge at no cost. We are looking for a commitment from September 10th – January 6th with a bonus for successful completion of the season. Schedule expectations are 24-40 hours per week (guaranteed 40 hours per week in October/November).
Please note, we also have a maintenance role available, so if you are a couple looking for two seasonal roles, let us know! Same time commitment and compensation.
