Job Description
Duties include prepping, cooking, serving breakfasts and dinners 4-5 days a week. Clean up after the meals and cleaning the kitchen and commissary fully once a week. Groups range from 4-60. We have an outdoor kitchen with 2 large ranges, 2 flat tops, indoor commissary with walk in frig, 3 door freezer, and all necessary items to prepare a awesome meals. Help will be assigned with our guide staff with serving and clean up. Breakfast hours are usually from 5:45 AM (if we have our early breakfast not usually a large number), 6:30 start time for our 8 AM breakfast. Usually done with clean up by 9AM. Dinner begins with Tri Tip prep and in smoker at 2:30, then shift begins at 4 PM and usually ends with clean up by 7-7:30.
We are looking for folks that love to cook, especially desserts, are very organized, and have the ability to interact with our guests to help build relationships. Pay is $2500 a month plus FHU. Driving can be extra work also for extra pay.
