Job Description

Full Time Desk Clerk
Are you interested in living at our beautiful resort in Eugene, OR? We have a full-time, year-round day shift office clerk position available, 40 hr/week starting at $14.70/hr (FHU site, propane and utilities are deducted pre-tax). This is a Tuesday – Saturday position, with Sundays/Mondays off. Desk Clerks are responsible for prioritizing the Premier mission of “Hospitality Second to None” through outstanding customer service. Duties include opening/closing the office daily, making guest reservations via phone, online and in person, processing payments/refunds, running office-based hospitality promotions, sorting mail and packages and ensuring office/retail area is kept dean. Also resolving guest issues/complaints whenever possible, and when necessary, sending the issue to the Resort Manager, ensuring housekeepers are aware of any facilities that need attention daily and preparing check in packages. Retail duties include selling gift and convenience items, ensuring the till float balances daily and identifying merchandise that needs restocking. Experience with Newbook reservation system preferred but willing to train the right candidate. Premier RV Resorts has a friendly, team-based work environment and is an equal opportunity employer.
