Job Description
I manage Star Lite Mobile Home Park, a small family-owned park with 75 sites. We are located in Largo, FL (Central West Coast), and we are only half a mile from Florida’s most beautiful beaches!
I am looking for an experienced maintenance workamper for 20 hours a week to start as soon as possible. A couple who splits the work as 10 hours each would also be a great fit. The position includes carpentry, landscaping, basic plumbing and electrical, construction, cleaning, and other maintenance jobs. This position is for FHU and salary. The provided site is shell.
This is a 55+ community. Workampers may be under 55. No dogs allowed.
